We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who would like to work in the exciting and satisfying role of a Real Estate Consultant with Citystate Real Estate Pte Ltd. You need to have the ability to interact with people of various cultural backgrounds, especially expatriates and service has to be a second nature to you.
Main responsibility will be to assist our clients with all their relocation needs both before and upon arrival in Singapore. This includes assisting them looking for a home and ensuring a hassle free settling in by providing advise and directions on the surrounding areas, shopping, schools etc. You can work both part-time or full-time however when you have a client you must be flexible to work within their needs. If you are a people orientated person, loves to interact with others and have fun while doing it and make lots of money, this is the job for you.
Education: Minimum 2 A levels and RES. Must have passed Industry Entry Level Real Estate Salesperson (RES) exams. Don't worry if you have not taken the exam yet as we will point you in the right direction.
Skills: If you have a great personality and good interaction with people and able to converse comfortably in English, then you are the ideal one. A good understanding of Singapore is a plus, however if you do not, not to worry, we will guide and train you in all related matters.
